What does hypnosis involve?
Trance is natural. We all go in and out of trance all day. Have you ever experienced being totally immersed in a book or a TV programme? A wonderfully relaxing process during which you can filter out what is irrelevant and choose to concentrate on something you want to pay attention to.

practise regularly and you need a willingness to embrace new ideas. You

How many NLP sessions will I need?
Of course, it depends on your circumstances. Most people need
between two and four one hour sessions to make a real difference to how
they feel.
